Harbison Report
The report by Dr Jeremy Harbison, formerly Deputy Secretary at the Department of Social Development, was commissioned by the Office of the First Minister and Deputy First Minister to assist with Ministers' review of Community Relations Policy in Northern Ireland. The conclusions and recommendations of the report are those of the author and do not necessarily coincide with the views and opinions of former and current ministers.
