Biography and speech of Dr Duncan Morrow

Duncan Morrow is Chief Executive Officer of the Community Relations Council, the primary body responsible for funding and development of inter-community relations practice and policy in Northern Ireland. He was previously a lecturer in politics at the University of Ulster and is an author of numerous reports, books and articles on politics, peace-building and inter-community relationships. He is co-director of Future Ways. He serves as a Commissioner on the Northern Ireland Sentence Review Commission, the body responsible for the early release of paramilitary prisoners as part of the Belfast Agreement, and as a Life Sentence Review Commissioner.
